CertScan Powers EMPORNAC’s Customs Security and Data Sharing

To enhance the non-intrusive screening of all imports and exports, EMPORNAC selected S2 Global to implement an integrated turnkey scanning service at the Port of Santo Tomas de Castilla. Handling over 300,000 containers annually, S2 Global has installed and maintains two automated scanning sites at the port. CertScan integration allows trained analysts to adjudicate shipments remotely from Guatemala City. EMPORNAC, now a secure port facility, is prepared to share data with trade partners.
